Event "FOCUS SULLA RICERCA SCIENTIFICA PUBBLICA E PRIVATA PER AFFRONTARE E PREVENIRE NUOVI EVENTI PANDEMICI"

The event aims to bring together the regional and national basic research community in the field of virology with companies developing new vaccine technologies and diagnostic systems, as well as with national platforms established post-pandemic. Key academic and industrial stakeholders in Italian virology will gather to assess the current post-pandemic landscape, define research needs, explore technological advancement perspectives, and outline the role of regional and national institutions in preparing for potential future health emergencies caused by new viruses.

The event is aimed at researchers and students in the virology and pharmaceutical research sectors, companies and institutions involved in building extended partnerships in this field, and anyone interested in the topic.

This event is part of the activities promoted by the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)—a European service network for small and medium-sized enterprises, for which Sardegna Ricerche serves as a local hub. It will also serve as an opportunity to present upcoming initiatives from Sardegna Ricerche and the Region of Sardinia to support research projects.
